In resources development, Skyline seeks to forge a long-term strategic partnership with an oil refinery that will provide the company with a steady supply of petroleum products for both the Philippines domestic market and international distribution, plus additional capital infusion to make the company better prepared for higher turn over. In energy development , one of its pipeline project is the Kabulnan-2 Multi-Purpose Irrigation and Power Project through Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The project will provide quality and dependable water for domestic use and has the potential to generate an estimated 110 megawatts of hydro-electric power.
