BENZ REALTY AND DEV’T. INC. is a realty corporation and a general engineering/building and land reclamation contractor at the same time. The Corporation is an affiliate of Eins Hanna Development Corporation (formerly Lambayong Construction) an AAA category contractor. As irrigation contractor, BENZ was instrumental in the completion of the following irrigation projects : Kabulnan Irrigation Project in Maguindanao, Mal-Mar (Malitubog - Maridagao) Irrigation Project in Carmen, North Cotabato, Rehabilitation of Lower Agno River Irrigation Project in Rosales, Pangasinan and Pampanga Delta Irrigation Project. As horizontal contractor, BENZ in partnership with P.L. Sebastian Construction was the contractor in the construction of 105 kilometer Awang-Upi-Lebak-Kalamansig road or Central Mindanao Road Project (Package 3) costing Php2.75 billion. The project was financed by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) through JICA-ODA loan. Benz Realty and Dev’t. Inc. was also the site contractor of the Philippine National Oil Corporation (PNOC) in the natural gas drilling exploration project at Sultan Sa Barongis , Maguindanao.
